We specialize exclusively in pet-inspired seamless patterns, combining the expertise of a professional design studio with a distinctive, playful aesthetic. As the only design studio dedicated solely to pet brands, our focus is creating patterns that can help your brand stand out.

Can I use your seamless patterns on products I plan to sell?
Yes, our designs can be used on your products—as long as you have the appropriate license. All of our patterns include a standard license, which permits personal use and limited small-scale commercial use. For high-volume production, mass distribution, or broader commercial applications, an extended commercial license must be purchased.

Do you offer commercial and exclusive licenses for your designs?
Yes. Every product listing specifies the license type and includes a link to the extended commercial license, which is required for large-scale or unlimited commercial use. Please note that extended licenses are non-exclusive. If you require an exclusive, custom design with full rights, please contact us and we’d be happy to create something special just for you!

What file formats do your designs come in?
All designs sold on our website are provided as high-resolution JPG and PDF files (for print) and high-resolution JPG and PNG files (for digital applications). Each pattern also includes a repeat swatch suitable for fabric printing and for use in software that requires a smaller, tileable sample. Additional file formats, such as vector files, are available upon request for exclusive custom designs only.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Due to the digital nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once files have been downloaded. See our Refund/Return Policy page for details. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us right away and we will make every effort to resolve it.

Can I edit or modify the patterns I purchase?
All patterns in our shop are sold as-is and may not be modified. Additionally, original files may not be resold, sub-licensed, or otherwise distributed. If you need a design to be customized for your specific needs, we recommend commissioning an exclusive custom design. This will ensure that the final artwork is tailored to your brand. You are also welcome to suggest themes or styles you would like to see added to our shop, and we will take these requests into consideration as we develop new patterns.

What are your customer service hours?
Our Support team is available Sunday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM EDT, and Fridays from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM EDT. We are closed on Saturdays. If you contact us outside of business hours or on a Saturday, we will respond back to you by the next business day.

What should I do if I have trouble downloading my files?
Please contact Support via email with your order number, and we will promptly resend your files.
