FOR BUSINESS & MONETIZED USE

This Commercial License grants established and emerging businesses the rights to use our patterns in the production, packaging, and promotion of their own physical or digital products. It’s designed to support business growth while upholding the integrity and intellectual property rights of the original artwork.

A downloadable PDF license certificate will be provided upon purchase, outlining all permitted uses and restrictions — so you can build your brand with confidence and clarity.

✔️ What’s Allowed:

This license grants you the right to:

• Use on UNLIMITED physical products(e.g., pet accessories, apparel, stationery, packaging, etc.)
• Use on UNLIMITED digital products(e.g., digital planners, eBooks, downloadable templates)
• Use in your own brand’s packaging and marketing materials(e.g., product packaging, signage, promotional graphics)
• Use in paid advertising and monetized promotional content(e.g., social media, email campaigns, sales pages)

❌ What’s Not Allowed:

• This license is NON-EXCLUSIVE(others may also license the same design) and NON-TRANSFERABLE(only the buyer may use it)

• You may not resell, redistribute, or sub-license the pattern file (as-is or modified)

• You may not claim the artwork as your own or attempt to trademark or copyright it

• You may not create new pattern designs, clipart, or design assets based on this artwork

• Print-on-demand use is strictly prohibited(e.g., Redbubble, Zazzle, Society6, Printful, Spoonflower, etc.) — this includes uploading the design to any third-party platform where others can generate or purchase products

• Use in client work is not permitted — this license is for your own brand or business use only

• You may not use the files in any way that allows others to extract, copy, or reuse the original pattern
